Affordable braces & Invisalign®

Many former patients of Elizabeth Blake Orthodontics told us that orthodontic treatment is the best investment they ever made--an investment in themselves!

The cost of treatment is dependent on the severity of the patient's problem, the types of appliances necessary to treat the patient and the length of time necessary for treatment. We work hard at Elizabeth Blake Orthodontics to make braces and Invisalign affordable.

In-house financing

Our own in-house, interest-free plan! A down payment is due when treatment begins with monthly payments over a specified number of months the patient is undergoing treatment.

We accept most credit and debit cards and your monthly payment can be automatically applied to your credit card.

External financing

This third-party financing allows you to make monthly payments over an extended time at low, competitive rates. Pre-approval is required.

Prepayment discount

If payment is made in full on or before the day of appliance delivery, we offer a fee discount. (If you have insurance, we will offer a discount for payment of your portion of the fee that will not be covered by insurance.)

About insurance

There are many different agreements between insurance carriers and their subscribers, and each contract provides a different benefit. However, orthodontic insurance generally differs from regular dental insurance in that each insured individual usually has a lifetime maximum benefit for orthodontic services.

This benefit is paid as a percentage of the orthodontic fee (diagnostic records, initial fee, monthly payments, etc.) until the benefit maximum has been reached. Charges for lost or broken appliances may not be covered by insurance.

For your convenience, we will gladly assist you in submitting both predetermination and initial insurance claims pertaining to charges for care rendered in our office. However, please be aware our primary financial relationship is with our patients or their families and not with their respective insurance companies.

The final responsibility for the collection of benefits from your insurance company rests with the insured party. Our professional services are rendered and charged directly to the patient or their family and they are responsible for payment of all fees incurred.

Know what your benefits are before treatment starts. We will be happy to contact companies to help you determine the maximum benefits available to you. For your convenience, we will accept payments from your insurance company assigned to us by the insured. Such payments will be credited accordingly, to your account.

In the event your insurance company does not pay the expected benefits, you as the responsible party, will be required to pay any balance.

For your convenience, we accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
